      目的 探索养殖水体中地西泮残留情况并进行风险评估。方法 水体中的地西泮采用大容量固相萃取圆盘(HLB)富集, 水产品采用SN/T 3235—2012方法进行前处理, 利用超高压液相色谱串联静电场轨道离子阱质谱法对地西泮残留含量进行筛查与定量。结果 60个水体样品中共有38个筛查出地西泮残留, 检出率为63.3%。在检出的水样中, 有7.9%的水样地西泮残留量在100 ng/L量级, 有63.2%的水样地西泮残留量在 10 ng/L量级, 28.9%的水样地西泮残留量仅在1 ng/L量级; 取样水体中的水产品中均未检出地西泮残留。结论 在养殖鱼类、蟹类等水体中发现地西泮残留, 其含量主要集中在10 ng/L的水平上, 但水产品生物体长期富集下, 可能存在一定的地西泮残留风险。

      Objective To explore the diazepam residue in aquaculture water and product, and evaluate its possible risk. Methods HLB solid-phase extraction (SPE) disc was used to enrich diazepam in water, and the sample preparation for aquatic product was carried out according to SN/T 3235—2012. Afterwards, samples was screened and quantified by ultra high-pressure liquid chromatography-Q-Obritrap mass spectrometry. Results Diazepam was identified in 38 out of 60 water samples, with a detection rate of 63.3%. In the positive water samples, 7.9% of them contained diazepam residues in the order of 100 ng/L, 63.2% of them contained diazepam residues in the order of 10 ng/L, and 28.9% of the water samples had diazepam residues in the order of 1 ng/L. No diazepam residues were detected in the aquatic products sampled from the same sites with water samples. Conclusion Diazepam residue is found in fish and crabs aquaculture water, and their residues are mainly at the level of 10 ng/L. However, there may be a risk of diazepam residue in aquatic products after long-term enrichment.
