      目的 对一起食源性疾病暴发事件检出的目标菌进行血清分型、毒力基因、耐药性检测及分子分型检测, 明确导致食源性疾病暴发事件的致病菌及可能性溯源。方法 采集病例腹泻便及可疑环境样本进行致病菌的检测, 对分离出来的可疑致病菌进行生化鉴定、血清分型、毒力基因检测及脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulsed field gel electrophoresis, PFGE)分子分型检测。结果 4份腹泻便标本检出2株血清型为O5:K17的副溶血性弧菌, 4份环境标本中检出1株血清型为O5:K17的副溶血性弧菌, 毒力基因检测均为tlh和tdh基因阳性, trh基因阴性, 将上述3株副溶血性弧菌进行PFGE分子分型检测, 同源度高达100%。结论 本次食源性疾病暴发事件由血清型为O5:K17的副溶血性弧菌污染餐盘所致。

      Objective To detect the serotype, virulence gene, drug resistance and molecular typing of the target bacteria detected in an outbreak of foodborne diseases, and to identify the pathogenic bacteria leading to the outbreak of foodborne diseases and their possible sources. Methods Samples of diarrhea and suspicious environment were collected for pathogenic bacteria detection. Biochemical identification, serum typing, virulence gene detection and pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)molecular typing of the suspected pathogen were conducted. Results Two strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus of serotype O5:K17 were detected in 4 diarrhea samples, and one strain of Vibrio parahaemolyticus of serotype O5:K17 were detected in 4 environmental samples. Virulence gene tests were positive for tlh and tdh genes and negative for trh genes, PFGE molecular typing was performed on the 3 Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains, and the homology was up to 100%. Conclusion This foodborne disease outbreak was caused by the contamination of the dinner plate by Vibrio parahaemolyticus with serotype O5:K17.
