目的 设计缓解果蔬类易逝品问题的包装。方法 在气调保鲜的条件下对柿子进行保鲜研究, 在夹塑型瓦楞中, 加入聚己内酰胺(polycaprolactone, PCL)复合运用, 改变包装袋内质量, 并与空白组对比, 验证复合型夹塑瓦楞纸对柿子的保藏性能, 并优选最佳保藏条件。结果 在夹塑型瓦楞纸中加入一定质量比的PCL, 涂覆在瓦楞纸上得到活性保鲜薄膜, 可以适当增加材料薄膜的阻隔性, 在保证材料在运输和销售过程中基本的保护功能的同时, 使PCL夹塑型瓦楞包装材料控制CO2/O2的选择透过比处于一定比例, 此时的气体环境更适用于果蔬品的包装。结论 在保鲜过程中, 使用不同厚度的PCL涂覆型包装材料可以有效延长柿子的保鲜期, 并在运输过程中起到保护作用。 |

Objective To design the packaging to alleviate the perishable products of fruits and vegetables. Methods The persimmon preservation was studied under the condition of modified atmosphere preservation. The composite application of polycaprolactone (PCL) was added into the plastic corrugated. The preservation performance of the composite plastic corrugated was verified by changing the quality of the packaging bag and comparing with the blank group, and the best preservation conditions were optimized. Results A certain mass ratio of PCL was added into the corrugated paper and coated on the corrugated paper to obtain active fresh-keeping film, which could properly increase the barrier of the material film. While ensuring the basic protection function of the material in the process of transportation and sales, the PCL laminated corrugated packaging materials to control the selection of CO2/O2 through the ratio in a certain proportion. At this time, the gas environment was more suitable for fruit and vegetable packaging. Conclusion In the process of preservation, the use of different thickness of PCL coating packaging materials can effectively prolong the preservation period of persimmon, and play a protective role in the process of transportation. |
