      目的 提高小球藻在食品中的利用率, 开发更有价值的副产品。方法 主要以蛋白核小球藻-解脂酵母共生体系和小球藻单独培养体系为研究对象, 采用转录组学分析手段, 对共生体系培养3 d和培养5 d后合成代谢通路的相关差异基因进行分析, 探究酵母对小球藻细胞内油脂积累的合成机制的影响。结果 培养3 d后, 有9899个unigenes的表达发生显著变化, 其中显著上调的有7310个, 显著下调的有2575个; 培养5 d后, 有3976个unigenes的表达发生显著变化, 其中显著上调的有2827个, 显著下调的有1149个。其中, 在第3d,参与脂肪酸合成代谢途径的差异基因有50个显著上调, 8个显著下调; 参与不饱和脂肪酸合成途径的差异基因有17个显著上调, 6个显著下调。结论 酵母能够通过刺激小球藻细胞内油脂代谢通路的相关基因表达, 从而有利于油脂的积累。

      Objective To improve the utilization of chlorella in food and develop more valuable by-products. Methods This article mainly focused on the symbiosis culture of Chiorella pyrenoidosa and Yarrowialipolytica, using transcriptomics analysis methods to analyze the protein nucleus. The oil production mechanism of the chlorella-yeast symbiotic culture was analyzed, and the synthesis mechanism of lipid accumulation in chlorella cells under the influence of yeast was explored. Results After 3 days of culture, the expression of 9899 unigenes changed significantly, of which 7310 were significantly up-regulated and 2575 were significantly down-regulated. After 5 day culture, the expression of 3976 unigenes changed significantly, including 2827 significantly up-regulated and 1149 significantly down regulated. Among them, 50 differential genes involved in fatty acid biosynthesis pathway were significantly up-regulated and 8 were significantly down-regulated. 17 differential genes involved in unsaturated fatty acid synthesis pathway were significantly up-regulated and 6 genes were significantly down-regulated. Conclusion Yeast can stimulate the expression of genes related to lipid metabolism pathway in Chlorella vulgaris cells, which is conducive to oil accumulation.
