目的 探讨库尔勒香梨粗多糖免疫调节作用。方法 以血清白介素-2、干扰素-?、巨噬细胞吞噬指数等为观察指标, 探讨其粗多糖免疫调节作用。结果 香梨粗多糖高、中、低给药量组具有增加小鼠血清IL-2、IFN-?含量, 增加免疫器官的脾和胸腺的重量, 提高巨噬细胞吞噬能力等免疫调节作用。结论 库尔勒香梨粗多糖可促进免疫抑制小鼠的白介素-2(IL-2)、干扰素-?(IFN-?)的分泌, 提高脏器指数、吞噬指数等免疫因子, 说明了库尔勒香梨粗多糖有一定的免疫增强作用。 |

Objective To explore the immunoregulatory effect of crude polysaccharide from Korla fragrant pear. Methods The immunomodulatory effect of crude polysaccharide was studied by using serum IL-2, IFN-?, macrophage phagocytic index and so on. Results The high, medium and low dosage groups of crude polysaccharide from fragrant pear could increase the content of IL-2 and IFN-?? in serum, increased the weight of spleen and thymus, and improved the phagocytic capacity of macrophages. Conclusion Korla fragrant pear polysaccharide can promote the secretion of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and interferon-??(IFN-?) in immunosuppressive mice, and improve the organ index, phagocytic index and other immune factors, which indicates that Korla fragrant pear polysaccharide has a certain immune enhancement effect. |
