试剂耗材的质量是食品理化实验室检测工作的基础, 直接影响检测结果的可靠性和正确度, 是质量管理工作中不可忽视的环节。为了全面加强试剂耗材的质量把关, 确保食品理化实验室检测结果准确无误, 质量管理全流程可控可追溯, 本文从食品理化实验室质量管理工作的角度, 分析试剂耗材的采购管理、贮存管理、使用管理3个方面的质量控制的关键控制点, 其中重点讲述了正确使用计量标准型一次抽样检验程序对试剂耗材进行技术指标的检验验收, 具有可操作性和实用性, 以对食品理化实验室质量管理工作中试剂耗材的质量控制提供技术指导和参考。 |

The quality of reagents and consumables is the basis of food physical and chemical laboratory testing, which directly affects the reliability and accuracy of testing results, and is a link that cannot be ignored in quality management. In order to comprehensively strengthen the quality control of reagent consumables, ensure the accuracy of food physical and chemical laboratory test results and ensure that the whole process of quality management is controllable and traceable, this paper analyzed the key control points of quality control in 3 aspects: procurement management, storage management and use management of reagent consumables from the perspective of quality management of food physical and chemical laboratory. It focused on the correct use of measurement standard one-time sampling inspection procedure for the inspection and acceptance of technical indicators of reagent consumables, which had operability and practicability, so as to provide technical guidance and reference for the quality control of reagent consumables in the quality management of food physical and chemical laboratory. |
