目的 分析2020年广州市一起伦敦沙门氏菌食物中毒分离株的病原特征。方法 对分离纯化的10株沙门氏菌进行血清型鉴定, 耐药检测, 毒力岛(Salmonella pathogenicity island, SPI)基因片段SPI-1、SPI-2、SPI-3、SPI-4、SPI-5的PCR检测及脉冲场凝胶电泳法(pulsed-field gel electrophoresis, PFGE)分析。结果 10株沙门氏菌血清型鉴定抗原式均为O10:l、v:1、6, 即伦敦沙门氏菌, 药敏实验显示10株沙门氏菌对氨苄西林(ampicillin, AMP)、萘啶酸(nalidixic acid, NAL)、头孢唑林(cefazolin, CFZ)、复方磺胺(compound sulfamethoxazole tablets, SXT)、氨苄西林/舒巴坦(ampicillin/sulbactam, AMS)100%耐药, 对头孢噻肟(cefotaxime, CTX)、头孢西丁(cefoxitin, CFX)、头孢他啶(ceftazidime, CAZ)、亚胺培南(imipenem, IPM)、庆大霉素(gentamicin, GEN)、四环素(tetracycline, TET)、氯霉素(chloramphenicol, CHL)、环丙沙星(ciprofloxacin, CIP)100%敏感。毒力岛基因SPI-1~SPI-5全部为阳性。脉冲场凝胶电泳法(pulsed field gel electrophoresis, PFGE)聚类分析显示, 5株病患株、3株食品株、2株环境株为高度同源株。结论 引起此次食物中毒事件的病原菌是伦敦沙门氏菌, 应进一步加强餐饮环节的卫生监测和控制。 |

Objective To analyze the pathogenic characteristics of a Salmonella London isolates causing food poisoning in Guangzhou in 2020. Methods Serotype identification, drug resistance test, Salmonella pathogenicity island (SPI) gene fragment SPI-1, SPI-2, SPI-3, SPI-4, SPI-5 PCR detection and pulsed field gel electrophoresis (Island) were performed for the identification of 10 isolated and purified strains of Salmonella. Results The serotypes of 10 strains of Salmonella were O10:l, v:1, 6, and that was Salmonella London. The results of drug sensitivity test showed that 10 strains of Salmonella were 100% resistant to sensitive to ampicillin (AMP), nalidixic acid (NAL), cefazolin (CFZ), compound sulfamethoxazole tables (SXT), (ampicillin/sulbactam, AMS) and 100% sensitive to cefotaxime (CTX), cefoxitin (CFX), ceftazidime (CAZ), imipenem (IPM), gentamicin (GEN), tetracycline (TET), chloramphenicol (CHL), ciprofloxacin (CIP). The pathogenicity island genes SPI-1-SPI-5 were all positive. Pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) cluster analysis showed that 5 patients, 3 food strains and 2 environmental strains were highly homologous. Conclusion The pathogenic bacteria causing the food poisoning event is Salmonella London, so it is necessary to further strengthen the health monitoring and control of catering links. |
