      目的 建立气相色谱法测定调和油中18种脂肪酸的方法。方法 样品经过氢氧化钾甲醇溶液甲酯化, 采用毛细管色谱柱(100 mm×0.25 mm, 0.2 μm)和程序升温模式进行测定, 检测器温度为280 ℃。结果 18种脂肪酸的线性关系良好(r>0.999), 检出限为0.0005~0.009 mg/kg, 回收率为78.9%~99.1%, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)为0.768%~8.236%。结论 该方法快速、简单、回收率和精密度良好, 可用于调和油中脂肪酸的的检测。

      Objective To establish a method for the determination of 18 fatty acids in blending oil by gas chromatography. Methods The sample was esterified with potassium hydroxide methanol solution, and the capillary column (100 mm×0.25 mm, 0.2 μm) and temperature programmed mode were used. The detector was hydrogen flame ion detector at 280 ℃. Results The linear relationship of 18 fatty acids was good(r>0.999), the detection limits of 18 fatty acids were 0.0005?0.009 mg/kg, the recoveries were 78.9%?99.1%, relative standard deviations(RSD) were 0.768%?8.236%. Conclusion The method is rapid, simple, with good recovery and precision, and can be used for the determination of fatty acids in oil.
