      杜仲(Eucommia ulmoides)是杜仲科杜仲属植物, 分布于我国河南、陕西、云南、四川等地, 是我国二级珍稀保护植物。杜仲含有多种化学成分, 包括黄酮类、木脂素类、环烯醚萜类、酚类化合物、杜仲胶、氨基酸、脂肪酸、维生素以及其他, 主要成分为黄酮类、木脂素、环烯醚萜、酚类化合物等。杜仲表现出多种显著的生物活性, 具有良好的药理作用; 现代药理学研究发现杜仲具有抗衰老、抗氧化、抗过敏、抗炎、抗癌、抗菌、心脏保护和神经保护等药理特性。本文主要从杜仲的化学成分、保健作用、用途与价值的研究进行综述, 旨在为杜仲的进一步开发与利用提供参考。

      Eucommia ulmoides is a plant belonging to the Eucommia Oliv. in Eucommiaceae, distributes in Henan, Shanxi, Yunnan, Sichuan and other places of China, and it is a second-level rare protected plant in China. Eucommia ulmoides contains many chemical components, including flavonoids, lignans, iridoids, phenolic compounds, encommia gum, amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins and other ingredients. The main components are flavonoids, lignans, iridoids, phenolic compounds, etc. Eucommia ulmoides various biological activities and strong medicinal value. Modern pharmacological studies have found that Eucommia ulmoides has anti-aging, anti-oxidant, anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, antibacterial, cardioprotective and neurological properties. This article mainly reviewed the research on the chemical composition, health function, valuesand utilization of Eucommia ulmoides, aiming to provide references for the further development and utilization of Eucommia ulmoides.
