      目的 探究河北省巨鹿县人工栽培模式下金银花药材质量及土壤污染状况。方法 采集巨鹿县7个乡镇不同时期的金银花及其土壤样品, 检测金银花中绿原酸、木犀草苷含量及其土壤中重金属和农药残留污染水平。结果 金银花样品中绿原酸、木犀草苷含量随着物候期的变化差异显著, 呈现先下降后上升的趋势,木犀草苷含量为0.049%~0.088%, 绿原酸含量为1.90%~2.73%; 金银花及其土壤中重金属和农药残留均有不同程度的检出。结论 金银花产量以第一、二茬花为主, 占全年总产量的67.3%; 对照现行相关标准, 巨鹿金银花药用指标总体达标, 重金属及农残含量未构成质量安全风险。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the quality and soil pollution of Lonicera japonica under artificial cultivation mode in Julu county, Hebei province. Methods The samples of Lonicera japonica and its cultivation soil were collected in different periods from 7 towns in Julu county, and the content of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in Lonicera japonica and the pollution levels of heavy metals and pesticide residues were detected. Results Significant differences were found for the content of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in the Lonicera japonica during different growth period, which decreased first and then increased. The contents of luteolin were 0.049%?0.088%, and the contents of chlorogenic acid were 1.90%?2.73%. The heavy metals and pesticide residues in Lonicera japonica and its soil were detected positive in varying degrees. Conclusion The yield of Lonicera japonica is dominated by the first and second crops, accounting for 67.3% of the total annual output. Compared with the current relevant standards, the medicinal indicators of Julu Lonicera japonica meet the standards, and the content of heavy metals and pesticide residues does not form quality and safety risks.
