      目的 建立离子色谱-双波长紫外检测法同时测定水中碘酸盐和碘离子的分析方法。方法 水样过0.22 μm滤膜后直接进样测定, 水中碘酸根和碘离子通过离子色谱柱分离, 紫外检测器分别在200 nm和 226 nm处检测。结果 碘酸根和碘离子在0.01~1.00 mg/L浓度范围内线性良好, 相关系数r分别为0.99953和0.99950, 检出限为0.004和0.005 mg/L, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviations, RSDs)为2.8%和2.7%(n=8)。低(0.05 mg/L)、中(0.10 mg/L)、高(0.50 mg/L)3个浓度IO3-和I-加标回收率范围为94%~106%和92%~102%, 精密度为1.04%~4.82%和0.75%~4.47%。结论 本方法操作简单、准确度高、精密度好、线性范围宽, 适用于水中碘酸盐和碘离子的测定。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of iodate and iodine ions in water by ion chromatography-dual wavelength ultraviolet detection. Methods After filtered through 0.22 μm filter, the water sample was directly injected for determination. The iodate and iodine ions in water were separated by ion chromatography column and detected by ultraviolet detectorat 200 nm and 226 nm. Results The iodate and iodide ions were linear in the concentration range of 0.01?1.00 mg/L. The correlation coefficients(r2) were 0.99953 and 0.99950, limits of detection were 0.004 mg/L and 0.005 mg/L, relative standard deviations(RSDs) were 2.8% and 2.7%(n=8). The recoveries of IO3- and I-at low (0.05 mg/L), medium (0.10 mg/L) and high (0.50 mg/L) concentration levels were 94%?106% and 92%?102%, and the precisions were1.04%?4.82% and 0.75%?4.47%. Conclusion This method has the advantages of simple operation, high accuracy, good precision and wide linear range, which is suitable for the determination of iodate and iodide ions in water.
