      目的 对电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, ICP-MS)测定坚果中硒元素含量的不确定度进行评估。方法 根据JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和JJG 196—2006《常用玻璃量器》的规定和要求, 通过对整个实验过程产生的不确定度分析, 建立数学模型, 计算食品中硒元素的不确定度。结果 对坚果中硒元素进行测定, 得到扩展不确定度为0.103 mg/kg, 测定结果表示为(1.631±0.103)mg/kg。结论 整个实验过程中工作曲线引入的不确定度影响较大, 因此应注意工作曲线配制、检测的准确性, 确保检测结果的可靠。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the uncertainty in the determination of selenium in nuts by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods According to the regulations and requirements of JJF 1059—2012 Evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement and JJG 196—2006 Working glass container, the mathematical model was established to calculate the uncertainty of selenium in food through the analysis of the uncertainty in the whole experimental process. Results The expanded uncertainty of selenium in nuts was 0.103 mg/kg, and the result was (1.631±0.103) mg/kg. Conclusion In the whole experiment process, the uncertainty introduced by the working curve has a great influence, so we should pay attention to the accuracy of the working curve preparation and detection to ensure the reliability of the detection results.
