      目的 明确草莓中施用噻苯隆的作用, 评估噻苯隆在草莓和土壤中的残留行为及其产生的膳食摄入风险。方法 开展噻苯隆施用在草莓和土壤的残留试验, 监测噻苯隆对草莓生长和品质的影响, 用农药急性膳食风险摄入量计算法评估草莓中噻苯隆残留对不同人群的急性膳食摄入风险。结果 噻苯隆在草莓和土壤中的消解符合一级动力学方程, 在草莓中的半衰期为1.31~1.44 d, 土壤中的残留半衰期为1.69~1.87 d, 草莓中正常收获期的最大残留量为0.0023 mg/kg, 土壤中的最终残留量均低于方法定量限; 噻苯隆可增加草莓单果重, 提高产量, 可溶性糖含量也有所升高; 草莓中噻苯隆残留对普通人群和儿童的膳食摄入暴露量分别为0.023和0.043 μg/(kg bw d), 仅占急性参考剂量的0.058%~0.11%。结论 喷施噻苯隆可提高草莓的产量, 推荐使用剂量为1 mg/L浓度喷施2次, 草莓中噻苯隆残留带来的膳食摄入风险极低, 均在可接受范围内。

      Objective To investigate the effect of thiobenzon administration in strawberry and evaluate the residual behavior of thiobenzon in strawberry and soil and the risk of dietary intake. Methods The residual trial of thidiazuron in strawberry and soil was carried. The influence of thidiazuron on strawberry yield and quality was detected. The acute dietary risk of thidiazuron pesticide residues in strawberry to different populations was evaluated by the acute dietary risk intake calculation method. Results The digestion of thidiazuron in strawberry and soil was consistent with the first-order kinetic equation. The half-life of the strawberry was 1.31?1.44 d, and the residual half-life of the soil was 1.69?1.87 d. The maximum residue in strawberries during the normal harvest period was 0.0023 mg/kg, and the final residue in the soil was below the method quantification limit. The single fruit weight and yield of strawberry were increased by thiobenzon, and the soluble sugar content was also increased. The dietary exposures of the strawberry thiobenzon residue to the general population and children were 0.023 and 0.043 μg/(kg bw d), respectively, accounting for only 0.058%?0.11% of the acute reference dose. Conclusion The thidiazuron can increase the yield of strawberry and the recommended rates of thidiazuron applied to strawberry is 1 mg/L with 2 times. The dietary intake risk caused by tidiazuron residues in strawberries is extremely low and all within the acceptable range.
