      目的 建立气相色谱-质谱法结合基质匹配工作标准系列分组测定果蔬中44种农药的分析方法。 方法 样品经乙腈提取后用氨基碳黑固相萃取小柱净化、定容, 全扫描模式扫描确定特征碎片离子及保留时间, 在此基础上建立选择离子扫描方法并结合基质匹配标准系列进行定性及定量检测。结果 在0.05~5.00 mg/L范围内44种农药线性良好, 方法检测限为0.006~0.03 mg/kg, 加标回收率为75.7%~121%, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)为2.0%~12.3%。结论 本方法具有简便、快速、检测结果较准确的特点, 适用于果蔬食品中44种农药的测定。

      Objective To establish a method for the determination of 44 pesticides in fruits and vegetables by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with matrix matching working standard series grouping. Methods Samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified with amino carbon black solid phase extraction column, and fixed volume. The characteristic fragment ions and retention time were determined by scanning in full scanning mode. On this basis, a selective ion scanning method was established and combined with matrix matching standard series for qualitative and quantitative detection. Results The linearities of 44 pesticides were good in the range of 0.05? 5.00 mg/L, the detection limits of the method were 0.006?0.03 mg/kg, the recovery rates were 75.7%?121%, and the relative standard deviations were 2.0%?12.3%. Conclusion This method has the characteristics of simple, rapid and accurate detection results, and is suitable for the determination of 44 kinds of pesticides in fruits and vegetables.
