      目的 建立高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography, HPLC)测定多维康胶囊中叶酸含量的方法。方法 采用C18(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm)色谱柱, 以磷酸二氢钾-甲醇溶液为流动相, 流速 0.8 mL/min, 检测波长254 nm, 柱温30 ℃, 进样体积10 μL。结果 叶酸的线性关系良好, 相关系数为1.000; 方法检出限为0.034 μg/mL, 定量限为0.091 μg/mL; 方法平均加标回收率为98.80%~104.17%, 平均相对标准偏差为0.02%。结论 该方法操作简单, 灵敏度高, 可作为保健食品多维康胶囊中叶酸的测定方法。

      Objective To establish a method for the determination of folic acid in Duoweikang capsules by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods C18 (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used with potassium dihydrogen phosphate methanol solution as mobile phase, the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 254 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the injection volume was 10 μL. Results The linear relationship of folic acid was good, the correlation coefficient was 1.000; the limit of detection was 0.034 μg/mL, the limit of quantitation was 0.091 μg/mL; the average recoveries were 98.80%-104.17%, and the average relative standard deviation was 0.02%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and can be used for the determination of folic acid in Duoweikang capsules.
