      目的 探究我国与南共市动物源性食品重金属限量标准的异同。方法 根据GB 2762—2014《食品安全国家标准 食品中污染物限量》以及南共市在2013年8月29日第42号合议理事会决议中制定的南方共同市场关于食品中无机污染物最大限量的技术法规, 分析2个标准重金属检测项目、涉及动物源性食品种类和主要动物源性食品限量指标的异同。结果 我国在动物源性食品重金属检测项目和涉及动物源性食品种类上均比南共市规定的多。在限量指标方面, 南共市水产动物及其制品的砷限量、肉及肉制品、水产动物及其制品和蛋及蛋制品中铅限量、畜禽肾脏中的镉限量均比中国规定宽松。结论 我国监管部门应对南共市规定较为宽松的检测项目予以关注。

英文摘要:

      Objective To explore the similarities and differences of heavy metal limit standards for animal-derived foods between China and MERCOSUR. Methods According to GB 2762—2014 National food safety standard-Limits of pollutants in food and the technical regulations of the MERCOSUR on the maximum limits of inorganic pollutants in foods formulated by the MERCOSUR in the resolution of No.42 collegial council of the MERCOSUR on August 29, 2013, the similarities and differences of the 2 standard heavy metal detection items, the types of food of animal origin and the limit indexes of main food of animal origin were analyzed. Results In China, the items of heavy metal detection in animal-derived food and the types of food involving animal origin were much more than those stipulated by the MERCOSUR. In terms of the limits, the limits of arsenic in aquatic animals and their products, meat and meat products, lead in aquatic animals and their products and eggs and egg products, and cadmium in livestock and poultry kidneys in MERCOSUR were more lenient than those in China. Conclusion China’s regulatory authorities should pay attention to testing items with loose regulations in MERCOSUR.
