      目的 建立离子色谱法测定糖蜜样品中氯离子、硫酸根离子和硝酸根离子含量的分析方法。方法 使用去离子水稀释样品, 将稀释后样品溶液过IC Na柱净化, 后上机测定样品的氯离子、硫酸根、硝酸根含量。使用Ion Pac TMAS19(4 mm×50 mm, 7.5 μm)为分析柱, KOH淋洗液的浓度为35.0 mmol/L, 流速1.0 mL/min, 进样体积50 μL, 采用外标法定量。结果 氯离子、硫酸根、和硝酸根标准溶液在0.05~2.0 mg/L内线性关系良好, r2大于0.99, 检出限为0.02~0.1 mg/L。在1.0~4.0 mg/L添加浓度上, 回收率为85.4%~102.6%, 相对标准偏差为3.63%~10.64%。结论 该方法操作简便且快速准确, 能够有效测定糖蜜中的氯离子、硫酸根和硝酸根含量, 满足糖蜜中氯离子、硫酸根和硝酸根的检测需求以及样品的分析测定。

      Objective To establish a method for the determination of chlorine ions, sulfate ions and nitrate ions in molasses samples by ion chromatography. Methods The sample was diluted by deionized water, the diluted sample solution was purified by IC Na column, and then the content of chlorine ion, sulfate and nitric acid of the sample was determined by machine. Ion Pac TMAS19 (4 mm×50 mm, 7.5 μm) was used as the analysis column. The concentration of KOH leacheate was 35.0 mmol /L, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the volume of injection was 50 μL. External standard method was adopted for quantitative analysis. Results The normal solution of chloridion, sulfate and nitrate had good linear relationship in 0.05?2.0 mg/L, r2 was greater than 0.99, and the limits of detection were 0.02?0.1 mg/L. The recoveries were 85.4%?102.6% and the RSDs were 3.63%?10.64% at 1.0?4.0 mg/L. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can effectively determine the content of chloridion, sulfate and nitrate in molasses, so as to meet the requirements for the determination of chloridion, sulfate and nitrate in molasses as well as the analysis and determination of samples.
