      目的 评价实验室检测化妆品中二苯酮-3的技术能力和水平。方法 实施能力验证计划, 制备2个浓度水平的参考样品, 经均匀性检验和稳定性检验符合考核样品要求, 样品随机发放给111家单位实验室, 并收集检测数据。对反馈结果开展稳健统计分析, 用Z比分数进行实验室检测能力的评价。结果 制备的样品均匀稳定, 满足能力验证的计划要求。111家单位的总体满意率为94.6%。结论 多数参加实验室检测能力评价为满意, 检测结果离群的实验室应查找自身原因并加以修正。

      Objective To evaluate the proficiency and test level of benzophenone-3 in cosmetics. Methods The capability verification plan was implemented, and reference samples of two concentration levels were prepared, which met the requirements of examination samples after uniformity and stability tests. The samples were randomly distributed to 111 units and laboratories, and the test data were collected. Robust statistical analysis was carried out on the feedback results, and Z-score was used to evaluate the laboratory testing ability. Results The prepared samples were uniform and stable, which met the planning requirements of capability verification. The overall satisfaction rate of 111 units was 94.6%. Conclusion Most of the laboratories participating in the test ability evaluation are satisfied, and the laboratories with outlier test results should find their own reasons and make corrections.
