食品接触材料(food contact materials, FCMs)与食品安全密切相关。FCMs能有效保护食品, 防止其腐败变质, 但在生产过程中可能会引发食品安全问题。从FCMs中迁移出的非有意添加物(non intentionally added substance, NIAS)成为影响食品安全的重要因素而引起社会各界的广泛关注。由于NIAS来源复杂, 且有很多NIAS结构未知, 其检测成为我国乃至全球食品接触材料安全评价的关键点及难点。本文以塑料食品接触材料和NIAS为主, 介绍塑料材料中的NIAS来源、种类、国内外相关法律法规、近年来研究现状以及分析方法, 以期为塑料食品接触材料中NIAS的风险评估及检测方法提供参考。 |

Food contact materials(FCMs) are closely related to food safety. FCMs can effectively protect food from spoilage, but they may cause food safety problems in the production process. Non intentionally added substance (NIAS) migrated from FCMs have become an important factor affecting food safety, which have attracted extensive attention from all walks of life. Because NIAS are very complex and a considerable number of them are unknown, their detection has become the key and difficult point in the safety evaluation of food contact materials in China and even in the world. This review, mainly focusing on plastic food contact materials and non intentionally added substance, introduced the sources and types of NIAS in plastic materials, relevant laws and regulations at home and abroad, research status and analysis methods in recent years, in order to provide reference for risk assessment and detection methods of NIAS in plastic food contact materials. |
