      对于国内食品企业, 食品添加剂标准的修订对规范企业行为, 加强食品安全具有重要作用。在国际贸易中, 水产品中食品添加剂的使用问题已成为我国水产品技术性贸易壁垒产生的主要原因。本文详细地对比分析了GB 2760-2014《食品安全国家标准 食品添加剂使用标准》与CODEX STAN 192-1995, Rev 2019《食品添加剂通用法典标准》中关于水产品中可使用的食品添加剂规定。 在水产品分类、允许使用的食品添加剂种类、功能与限量等方面比较分析了我国与CAC国际标准的异同。探讨了我国水产品中食品添加剂使用过程中存在的问题并提出了具体的对策和建议, 以期提高我国水产品质量。

      For domestic food enterprises, the revision of food additive standards plays an important role in standardizing enterprise behavior and strengthening food safety. In the international trade, the use of food additives in aquatic products has become the main cause of technical barriers to trade in aquatic products in China. This paper made a detailed comparative analysis between GB 2760-2014 “National food safety standard-Standard for use of food additives” and CODEX STAN 192-1995, Rev 2019 “codex general standard for food additives” on food additives that could be used in aquatic products. The similarities and differences between China and CAC international standards in the classification of aquatic products, permitted to use food additives, functions and limits were compared and analyzed. It discussed the problems existing in the use of food additives in aquatic products in China and put forward the concrete countermeasures and suggestions, in order to improve the quality of aquatic products in China.
