近年来, 随着对抗生素的滥用, 食源性致病菌的耐药性问题日趋严重。目前除了从管理上规范抗生素的使用, 对规律间隔短回文重复序列系统(clusterd regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats, CRISPR)与耐药性相关研究也在持续进行。CRISPR-Cas作为一种天然免疫机制, 因为其独特的免疫作用机理, 目前常被用以基因编辑、耐药性等方面研究。本文对CRISPR-Cas系统进行简要介绍, 从其结构、原理以及目前的研究趋势对不同菌株间CRISPR系统与耐药性、毒力因素进行相关总结, 为防治食源性致病菌引起的食品安全问题提供新思路。 |

In recent years, with the abuse of antibiotics, the drug resistance of food-borne pathogens has become increasingly serious. At present, in addition to regulating the use of antibiotics in management, research on clusterd regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR) and drug resistance is also continuing. As a natural immune mechanism, CRISPR-Cas is often used for research on gene editing, drug resistance, etc. because of its unique immune mechanism. This paper gave a preliminary introduction to the CRISPR-Cas system, and summarized the CRISPR system, drug resistance and virulence factors among different strains from its structure, principle and current research trends, which was beneficial to provide new ideas for preventing food safety problems caused by foodborne pathogenic bacteria. |
