      目的 建立一测多评法(quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker, QAMS)同时测定马齿苋中4种黄酮类(染料木苷、木犀草素、山奈酚、槲皮素)成分含量的分析方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法, 以木犀草素为内参物, 建立该成分与染料木苷、山奈酚、槲皮素的相对校正因子, 利用相对校正因子来计算各成分的含量, 同时将一测多评法计算结果和外标法实测值进行比较。结果 相对校正因子重现性良好, 使用一测多评法与外标法所测得的结果无明显的差异。结论 一测多评法适用于马齿苋中4种黄酮类成分的同时测定, 马齿苋需规范化种植以保证药材质量的可靠性。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 4 flavonoids (genistein, luteolin, kaempferol, quercetin) in Portulaca oleracea by quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker. Methods High performance liquid chromatography was used with luteolin as the internal reference, the relative correction factors of luteolin with genistein, kaempferol, and quercetin were established, and the relative correction factors were used to calculate the content of each component. The calculation results of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker method were compared with the measured values of the external standard method. Results The reproducibility of the relative correction factor was good, and there was no obvious difference between the results measured by the quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker method and the external standard method. Conclusion The quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker method is suitable for the simultaneous determination of 4 flavonoids in Portulaca oleracea. Portulaca oleracea requires standardized planting to ensure the reliability of the quality of the medicinal materials.
