Based on the principle of hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP), this paper took the carambola base as an example to analyze the key hazard factors of quality and safety in the production and sale of agricultural products base. and determined the key control points. And a new agricultural product base quality and safety management and control system was established, and management and control recommendations was put forward in practical applications to improve the quality and safety of the agricultural product-based product sales process. |
