      目的 采用冷冻干燥的方式制备以鸡肉为基质的恩诺沙星质控样品。方法 鲜鸡胸肉样品经切块、匀浆, 添加标准物质, 经真空冷冻干燥后切块、研磨, 置于铝箔袋中真空密封。样品复溶后按照GB/T 21312—2007《动物源性食品中14种喹诺酮药物残留检测方法 液相色谱-质谱/质谱法》方法进行检测。结果 单因子方差统计分析F低浓度组和F高浓度组均小于F0.05(9, 20), 样品之间不存在显著性差异, 表明分析物在样品中均匀分散。稳定性实验, 各时间段的t检验中P值均大于0.05, 表明样品中分析物在12个月内是稳定的。结论 制备的鸡肉冻干粉中恩诺沙星质控样品具有较好的均匀性和较高的稳定性。

      Objective To prepare quality control sample of enrofloxacin based on chicken meat by freeze-drying. Methods The fresh chicken breast was cut into pieces, homogenized, added with enrofloxacin reference material, and then cut into pieces and grinded after vacuum freeze-drying, and then placed in the aluminum foil bag for vacuum sealing. The rehydration samples were detected according to GB/T 21312—2007 Detection methods for 14 quinolone drug residues in animal-derived foods-Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry. Results The results of one-way analysis of variance showed that the analytes in the low concentration group and the high concentration group were less than F0.05 (9, 20), and there was no significant difference between the samples, indicating that the analytes were evenly dispersed in the samples. In the stability test, the P values in the t-test for each time period were greater than 0.05, indicating that the analytes in the samples were stable within 12 months. Conclusion The enrofloxacin quality control sample in the prepared chicken freeze-dried powder has better uniformity and higher stability.
