      目的 建立QuEChERS技术结合气相色谱-质谱法(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, GC-MS)同时检测食品包装材料中20种光引发剂含量的分析方法。方法 食品包装样品经乙酸乙酯超声辅助提取后, 使用无水硫酸镁、N-丙基乙二胺、C18进行净化, 待测物采用HP-5MS色谱柱分离, 再通过GC-MS在选择离子监测模式下检测, 外标法定量。结果 20种光引发剂在0.05~2.0 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数均大于0.999; 在0.2、0.4、2.0 mg/m2 3个浓度水平的加标回收率为70.6%~112.8%; 相对标准偏差为1.2%~5.8% (n=6), 检出限为0.01~0.05 mg/m2, 定量限为0.03~0.15 mg/m2。结论 该方法简单、灵敏、准确, 适用于食品包装材料中20种光引发剂残留量的快速分析检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 20 photoinitiators in food packaging by QuEChERS method combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods The samples were extracted by ultrasound–assisted extraction method with ethyl acetate as the extraction solvent, then the extract was purified by anhydrous magnesium sulfate, N-propyl ethylenediamine (PSA) and C18. The target photoinitiators were separated by HP-5MS column, detected by GC-MS with selected ion monitoring mode, and quantified by external standard method. Results The 20 photoinitiators had good linear relationship in the range of 0.05–2.0 mg/L (r2≥0.999). The average recoveries in different photoinitiators were in the range from 70.6% to 112.8% at 3 spike levels of 0.2, 0.4 and 2.0 mg/m2, and the relative standard deviations were between 1.2% to 5.8% (n=6). The limits of detection were 0.01–0.05 mg/m2, and the limits of quantitation were 0.03–0.15 mg/m2. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive, accurate and suitable for the rapid determination of 20 photoinitiators residues in food packaging materials.
