      目的 优化蛇六谷多糖的提取工艺。方法 以多糖得率为评价指标, 以料液比、浸提温度、浸提时间、提取次数为考察对象, 使用单因素实验确定各因素的水平范围, 使用响应面法分析法优化蛇六谷多糖的提取工艺, 最终得出蛇六谷多糖最佳提取工艺。结果 经单因素结合响应面法得出蛇六谷多糖最佳的提取工艺条件为: 料液比1:16 (g/mL), 浸提温度83 ℃、浸提时间1.6 h, 提取2次, 在该条件下, 蛇六谷多糖的提取率为23.56%, 与模型的预测值相比结果相符合。结论 使用单因素结合响应面法优化得出的蛇六谷多糖的提取工艺合理可行, 可用于蛇六谷多糖的提取。
英文摘要:
      Objective To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides from Serpentine. Methods Taking the yield of polysaccharide as the evaluation index, taking the ratio of material to liquid, extraction temperature, extraction time and extraction times as the objects, the horizontal range of each factor was determined by single factor experiment, and the extraction process of polysaccharide was optimized by response surface method, then the best extraction technology of polysaccharide from Heligu was obtained. Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: ratio of material to liquid was 1:16 (g/mL), extraction temperature was 83 ℃, extraction time was 1.6 h, extraction time was 2 times. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of polysaccharide was 23.56%. The results were in line with the predicted values of the model. Conclusion The method of single factor combined with response surface method is reasonable and feasible, and it can be used for the extraction of snake hexagon polysaccharide.
