目的 了解吉林省市售淡水鱼的食源性寄生虫污染状况。方法 按照SN/T 1748-2006《进出口食品中寄生虫的检验方法》, 对2017~2019年吉林省4个食品监测区域随机采集淡水鱼, 进行东方次睾吸虫、颚口线虫、华支睾吸虫3种寄生虫的检测。结果 共检测1200份淡水鱼样品, 27份检出寄生虫, 检出率为2.25%; 4个地区中, 松原市检出率最高, 达5.33%; 3种寄生虫中, 华支睾吸虫检出率最高, 达4.25%。结论 吉林省部分市售淡水鱼已受到寄生虫污染, 应加强食品卫生宣传工作, 提高群众的自我防护意识。 |

Objective To understand the contamination status of freshwater fish with parasites in Jilin market. Methods According to SN/T 1748-2006 Inspection method of parasites in import and export food, freshwater fish were collected randomly from 4 food monitoring areas in Jilin province from 2017 to 2019, and 3 kinds of parasites (including Metacercariasis orientalis, Gnathostoma nematode and Clonorchis sinensis) were detected. Results A total of 1200 freshwater fish samples were detected, and 27 samples with parasites, and the detection rate of 2.25%. The detection rate of Songyuan city was the highest (5.33%) in the 4 areas. Among the 3 parasites, Clonorchis sinensis had the highest detection rate (4.25%). Conclusion Some freshwater fish sold in Jilin province have been contaminated by parasites. We should strengthen the propaganda of food hygiene and improve the people's awareness of self-protection in the future. |
