      目的 研究阿里红均一多糖(homogenouspolysaccharide of Fomes officinalis Ames, FOP) FOPS1-a和FOPS2-a对慢性支气管炎小鼠的治疗作用。方法 采用气管内注射脂多糖的方法建立慢性支气管炎小鼠模型, 分别给予地塞米松、阿里红总多糖、阿里红均一多糖(FOPS1-a和FOPS2-a)进行干预后, 采用苏木精-伊红(hematoxylin-eosin, HE)染色法观察肺组织的形态变化, ELISA法检测血清中白介素4 (interleukin-4, IL-4)、干扰素γ (interferon-γ, IFN-γ)及肿瘤坏死因子α (tumor necrosis factor-α, TNF-α)的水平。结果 阿里红各给药组能使小鼠支气管黏膜炎症细胞浸润程度减轻、支气管黏膜上皮细胞脱落明显减轻, 可抑制支气管黏膜上皮细胞增生, 且阿里红各给药组可剂量依赖性的降低小鼠血清中IFN-γ、TNF-α的水平(P<0.05), IL-4水平明显升高(P<0.05), 与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 阿里红均一多糖对慢性支气管炎小鼠有一定的治疗改善作用。

      Objective To study the therapeutic effects of the homopolysaccharide from Fomes officinalis Ames(FOP) FOPS1-a and FOPS2-a on chronic bronchitis in mice. Methods The model of chronic bronchitis was established by intratracheal injection of lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Dexamethasone, total polysaccharide and homopolysaccharide from Fomes officinalis Ames (FOPS1-a, and FOPS2-a) were given respectively. The morphological changes of lung tissue were observed by hematoxylin eosin (HE) staining, and serum interleukin-4 (IL-4) was detected by ELISA. The levels of IL-4, interferon-γ and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were measured. Results Fomes officinalis Ames administration groups could reduce the infiltration of bronchial mucosal inflammatory cells, significantly reduce the shedding of bronchial mucosa epithelial cells, and inhibit the proliferation of bronchial mucosal epithelial cells. Moreover, each administration group of Fomes officinalis Ames could dose-dependently reduce the levels of IFN-γ and TNF-α in the serum of mice (P<0.05), while the level of IL-4 was significantly increased (P<0.05), compared with the model group The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Homogeneous polysaccharide from Fomes officinalis Ames has a certain therapeutic effect on mice with chronic bronchitis.
