      食源性疾病的风险监测是国内外公共卫生管理中的重点, 当前的监测体系缺乏主动全面的患者信息收集, 人工填报存在的较多漏报问题是国内外关注的焦点。本研究针对上述问题, 开展了省市两级食源性疾病主动挖掘信息平台框架设计, 前端通过医院HIS系统自动汇总和区域卫生信息平台主动挖掘信息化手段, 有助于打破过去的人工填报导致的数据采集瓶颈、全面采集全省范围内食源性疾病监测病例及相关信息, 能够提高与医院信息系统的对接程度, 提升食源性疾病数据采集工作的自动化能力。后端设计的食源性疾病关联性分析功能, 通过对病例信息、标本检验信息、暴露食品信息等的关联性分析, 有助于识别散发性和聚集性食源性疾病, 更好的了解各省食源性疾病发生、发展情况与规律, 提前发现食源性疾病暴发迹象并进行及干预。对提升各地食源性疾病的“早发现、早预防、早控制”能力, 完善国家食品安全风险监测管理工作流程, 创新信息化业务模式将产生积极的示范作用。

      Risk monitoring of foodborne diseases is the focus of public health management at home and abroad. The current monitoring system lacks active and comprehensive patient information collection, and there are many missing reports in manual reporting, which is the focus of attention at home and abroad. In view of the above problems, this study carried out the framework design of the provincial and municipal foodborne disease active mining information platform. The front-end through the hospital HIS system automatic summary and regional health information platform actively mining information means, which helped to break the bottleneck of data collection caused by manual filling in the past, comprehensively collected the foodborne disease surveillance cases and related information in the whole province, and could improve the quality of the platform high degree of docking with hospital information system to improve the automation ability of foodborne disease data collection. The foodborne disease association analysis function designed in the back-end was helpful to identify sporadic and aggregative foodborne diseases through the correlation analysis of case information, specimen inspection information and exposed food information, so as to better understand the occurrence, development and regularity of foodborne diseases in various provinces, and detect the outbreak signs of foodborne diseases in advance and carry out intervention. It would play a positive role in promoting the ability of “early detection, early prevention and early control” of foodborne diseases, improving the national food safety risk monitoring and management workflow, and innovating the information business model
