目的 评定高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测罗非鱼中甲硝唑残留量的不确定度。方法 分析测定过程中不确定度来源及其贡献, 计算合成不确定度分量, 最终得到罗非鱼中甲硝唑含量的扩展不确定度。结果 当罗非鱼中甲硝唑含量为0.985 μg/kg时, 在95%的置信区间下, 扩展不确定度为0.16 μg/kg (k=2)。结论 不确定度主要来源于标准曲线拟合过程和标准溶液配制所产生的不确定度。 |

Objective To evaluate the uncertainty for the determination of metronidazole residue in Oreochroms mossambcus by high performance liquid chromatography-tandemmass spectrometry. Methods The sources of uncertainty and their contributions were analyzed during the measurement, the component of synthetic uncertainty was calculated, and the extended uncertainty of metronidazole content in Oreochroms mossambcus was obtained. Results When the content of metronidazole in Oreochroms mossambcus was 0.985 μg/kg, the expanded uncertainty was 0.16 μg/kg (k=2) at 95% confidence interval. Conclusion The uncertainty mainly comes from the process of fitting standard curve and the uncertainty generated by the preparation of standard solution. |
