      目的 探究辽宁省食品中食源性致病微生物在每个季度的污染及其分布情况。方法 2017~2018年辽宁省共采集3477份样品, 按照《国家食品污染物和有害因素风险监测工作手册》对食源性致病微生物进行检测分析。结果 第一季度中诺如病毒的检出率最高为17.65%, 第二季度中蜡样芽胞杆菌的检出率最高为16.92%, 第三季度副溶血性弧菌的检出率最高为19.05%, 第四季度副溶血性弧菌的检出率最高为12.62%。各卫生指标菌中2017年菌落总数在第二季度的合格率最低为96.10%, 大肠菌群计数第二季度的合格率最低为97.03%, 大肠埃希氏菌计数第三季度的合格率最低为93.52%; 2018年菌落总数在第一季度的合格率最低为91.67%, 大肠菌群计数在第三季度的合格率最低为93.48%, 大肠埃希氏菌计数第二季度合格率最低为91.67%。结论 辽宁省内食品存在食源性致病微生物污染情况, 诺如病毒、蜡样芽胞杆菌和副溶血性弧菌的检出率比较高, 单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌、阪崎肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌、致泻大肠埃希氏菌及弯曲菌均有不同程度的检出; 政府相关部门应加强食源性致病微生物的监测, 防止食源性疾病和食物中毒事件的发生, 保障居民食品安全。

      Objective To explore the quarter contamination and distribution of foodborne pathogenic microorganisms in foods in Liaoning province. Methods A total of 3477 samples were collected in Liaoning province from 2017 to 2018, and the foodborne pathogenic microorganisms were detected and analyzed according to the National risk monitoring manual of food pollutants and hazardous factors. Results The highest detection rate of Norovirus was 17.65% in the first quarter, Bacillus cereus in the second quarter was 16.92%, Vibrio parahaemolyticus in the third quarter was 19.05%, and Vibrio parahaemolyticus in the fourth quarter was 12.62%. Among all health indicators, the pass rate of the total number of colonies in 2017 in the second quarter was the lowest 96.10%, the pass rate of the count of Coliform bacteria in the second quarter was the lowest 97.03%, and the pass rate of the count of Escherichia coli in the third quarter was the lowest 93.52%. The 2018 total colony count had a low pass rate of 91.67% in the first quarter, the Coliform count of 93.48% in the third quarter, and the Escherichia coli count of 91.67% in the second quarter. Conclusion Foodborne pathogenic microorganism contamination was found in Liaoning province. The detection rates of Norovirus, Bacillus cereus and Vibrio parahaemolyticus were relatively high, Listeria monocytogenes, Enterobacter sakazakii, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, diarrhoeal Escherichia coli and Campylobacter were detected to varying degrees. The relevant government departments should strengthen the monitoring of foodborne pathogenic microorganisms to prevent the occurrence of foodborne diseases and food poisoning events, and ensure the food safety of residents.
