目的 探索开产前蛋鸡使用氟苯尼考后产蛋前期鸡蛋中氟苯尼考的残留规律, 评估氟苯尼考对鸡蛋安全性的影响, 评价其食用风险。方法 通过拌料投喂氟苯尼考, 给药剂量1 g/kg, 连续拌料喂药5 d。从给药后生产第1枚鸡蛋开始收集至到达开产日龄后5 d, 连续采集鸡蛋, 每组5个蛋, 混匀制成1个样。采用液相色谱串联质谱法测定鸡蛋中氟苯尼考残留量, 采用每日允许摄入量对安全性进行评估。结果 给药期间鸡蛋中氟苯尼考和氟苯尼考胺的残留量逐渐升高可达到峰值, 或停药后1 d达到峰值, 最大残留量出现在开产前12 d给药组, 为515.87 μg/kg。停药10 d后, 大部分鸡蛋中氟苯尼考和氟苯尼考胺残留量较低。开产前23 d使用氟苯尼考, 开产后所产鸡蛋对成人和婴儿都是安全的。结论 产蛋期使用氟苯尼考至少需要2周的弃蛋期方能保证上市鸡蛋中不能检出氟苯尼考。氟苯尼考的膳食暴露风险较低, 消费者不必对鸡蛋中检出的氟苯尼考过分担心。 |

Objective To explore the residue of florfenicol in eggs of laying hens before laying, evaluate the effect of florfenicol on egg safety, and evaluate the edible risk of florfenicol. Methods Florfenicol was fed with mixture at the dosage of 1 g/kg for 5 d. From the first egg produced after administration to 5 d after reaching the age of the first egg, eggs were collected continuously with 5 eggs in each group, and then mixed to make 1 sample. The residue of florfenicol in eggs was determined by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry and the safety was evaluated by acceptable daily intake. Results The residues of florfenicol and florfenicol amine in the eggs increased gradually during administration and reached the peak value, or reached the peak value 1 d after the drug was stopped. The maximum residue appeared in the group feeding medicine 12 d before laying-start date, which was 515.87 μg/kg. After 10 d, the residues of florfenicol and florfenicol amine in most eggs was low. When florfenicol was used 23 d before the laying-start date, the eggs after laying-start date were safe for both adults and infants. Conclusion Florfenicol should be discarded for at least 2 weeks during laying period to ensure that florfenicol cannot be detected in eggs on the market. The dietary exposure risk of florfenicol is low, and consumers need not worry too much about florfenicol detected in eggs. |
