      目的 建立表面增强拉曼光谱法(surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy, SERS)快速测定减肥类保健食品中比沙可啶的分析方法。方法 激发波长785 nm±0.5 nm, 光谱覆盖范围为300~2300 cm?1, 光谱分辨率为4~10 cm?1, 拉曼光谱仪进行测定, 最后采用高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography, HPLC)进行验证。结果 该方法的线性范围为0.5~5 mg/L, 检出限为0.2 mg/kg, 回收率为77.3%~107.2%, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)(n=6)不大于6.3%, 检测结果与高效液相色谱法检测的结果无明显差异。 结论 该方法快速、简便, 可作为检测减肥类保健食品中非法添加的比沙可啶的快检方法。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a rapid method for the determination of bisacodyl in weight-loss functional foods by surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS). Methods The excitation wavelength of the experiment was 785 nm±0.5 nm, the spectral coverage was 300-2300 cm?1, and the spectral resolution was 4~10 cm?1. Raman spectroscopy was used to determine the content, and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used for verification finally. Results The linear range of this method was from 0.5 to 5 mg/L, and the limit of detection was 0.2 mg/kg. The good recoveries were in range of 77.3%?107.2% with relative standard deviations (RSD, n=6) no more than 6.3%.The results showed no significant difference with those of HPLC. Conclusion The method is rapid and simple. It can be used for the detection of bisacodyl in weight-loss functional foods rapidly.
