      目的 建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, HPLC-MS/MS)测定牛奶中5种氨基甲酸酯类农药的方法。方法 样品经乙腈提取、氮吹浓缩、QuEChERS净化, 高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定, 采用外标法定量。结果 5种氨基甲酸酯类农药在2.00~ 200 μg/kg范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999); 方法检出限为0.50~3.00 μg/kg, 定量限为1.50~10.00 μg/kg; 加标水平为0.010~0.050 mg/kg时, 回收率为83.6%~108%, 相对标准偏差为1.6%~15.6%。结论 该方法简便快捷、灵敏度高, 适用于牛奶中氨基甲酸酯类农药的检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for the determination of 5 kinds of carbamate pesticides residual in milk by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). Methods The samples were extracted by acetonitrile, concentrated by nitrogen blowing, purified by QuEChERS, determined by HPLC-MS/MS, and quantified by external standard method. Results Five carbamate pesticides had good linear relationships in the range of 2.00?200 μg/kg (r>0.999). The limits of detection were 0.50?3.00 μg/kg, and the limits of quantitation were 1.50?10.00 μg/kg. When the standard levels were 0.010?0.050 mg/kg, the recoveries were 83.6%?108%, and the relative standard deviation were 1.6%?15.6%. Conclusion This method is accurate, sensitive and suitable for the simultaneous analysis of carbamate pesticides in milk.
