      目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定保健食品中叶黄素含量的分析方法。方法 使用60℃水溶解后用0.1%丁基羟基甲苯(butylated hydroxytoluene, BHT)乙醇溶液作为提取液, 甲醇+水(95:5, V:V)作为流动相, 用C18柱在445 nm检测波长下等度分离。采用高效液相色谱法测定保健食品中叶黄素的含量。结果 叶黄素在0.2597~2.597 μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9990), 精密度相对标准偏差低于5%, 重复性相对标准偏差为2.9%, 回收率为96.57%~98.67%。结论 本检测方法操作简便、灵敏度好、准确性高, 适用于保健食品中叶黄素的测定。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish amethod for the determination of lutein in health food by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The sample was dissolved in hot water (60 ℃), then extracted by ethanol solution with 0.1% BHT. Methanol-water (95:5, V:V) was used as the mobile phase. The C18 column was used for the separation at the detection wavelength of 445 nm. The lutein was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results The lutein had a good linear in the range of 0.2587–2.597 ng/mL with correlation of 0.9990. The RSD of the precision was less than 5% and the RSD of each spiked test was 2.9%. The average spiked recoveries were between 96.75% and 98.67%. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitivity, and accuracy, which is suitable for the determination of lutein in health food.
