      目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定饲料中喹烯酮的分析方法。方法 样品经体积分数80%甲醇溶液作为提取液, 超声提取10 min, 重复提取2次, 用HLB固相萃取柱进行净化, 以甲醇:水(60:40, V:V)作为流动相进行分离, 经0.45 μm滤膜过滤后用高效液相色谱仪进行测定。结果 样品溶液浓度在0.10~10.0 μg/mL范围内, 其吸光度和浓度呈良好的线性关系r2>0.9998, 方法的检出限为0.1 mg/kg, 平均回收率为87.5%~96.4%, 相对标准偏差为1.39%~4.03%。结论 该方法操作简单、准确度高、重复性好, 适合大批量饲料样品中喹烯酮的检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for the determination of quincetone in feedstuffs by high performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC). Methods The sample was extracted with 80% methanol solution, ultrasonically extracted for 10 min, and extracted twice, purified with an HLB solid phase extraction column, and separated with methanol:water (60:40, V:V) as the mobile phase. After being filtered by a 0.45 μm filter membrane, it was measured by HPLC. Results When the concentration of sample solution was in the range of 0.10?10.0 μg/mL, the linear relationship was good, with r2>0.9998, and the detection limit was 0.1mg/kg. The average recovery was 87.5%?96.4%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.39%-4.03%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and repeatable, which is suitable for the detection of quincetone in large quantities of feed samples.
