      目的 建立乳粉中钠的单值-移动极差控制图(individuals-moving range charts, I-MR), 保证实验室内钠的日常检测过程受到监控。方法 采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry, ICP-OES)对乳粉中钠进行检测, 利用Minitab软件建立钠的分析用单值-移动极差控制图, 基于1年的检测数据, 对控制图的偏倚和精密度进行评估。结果 评估后控制图的均值为155.035 mg/ 100 g, 标准偏差为7.30, 可以建立更加合理可靠的控制用单值-移动极差控制图。结论 此方法不仅可以保证钠的整个检测过程处于受控状态, 检测结果稳定可靠, 还可以节约控制图的绘制及分析的时间。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish the individuals-moving range control charts (I-MR) of sodium in milk powder, and monitor the routine detection of sodium in the laboratory. Methods This experiment used inductively coupled plasma emission spectrum to test the sodium in the milk powder. I-MR charts of sodium were built using Minitab software, and the bias and precision of these charts was evaluated by test data of one year. Results With an average as 155.035 mg/100 g and a standard deviation as 7.30, adjustments were made to obtain a more reasonable and reliable control with these I-MR charts. Conclusion This method can not only ensure the whole detection process of sodium under control as well as stable and reliable test results, but also save the time of the drawing and analysis of control charts.
