      目的 了解和分析黑龙江省瓶(桶)装饮用水中阴离子检测结果。方法 按照《食品安全国家监督抽检和风险监测计划》要求, 对全省流通和生产加工环节的瓶(桶)装饮用水的水中阴离子进行检测分析。结果 共抽检486批次样品, 总合格率为96.5%。按照不合格率由高到低, 依次为瓶装饮用水5.6%, 纯净水1.96%, 矿泉水1.67%; 不合格项目为亚硝酸盐、溴酸盐和硝酸盐, 不合格率分别为0.62%、3.9%、0.83%。结论 黑龙江省生产和流通环节饮用水水中阴离子情况整体较好, 但仍需加大监管监测力度, 尤其是对瓶装饮用水需要进行重点监测, 对于溴酸盐和硝酸盐2种离子也要进行重点监测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To understanding and analyze the results of anions in bottled (barrelled) drinking water in Heilongjiang province. Methods According to the requirements of National supervision, sampling and risk detection plan of food safety, the anions in bottled (barrel) drinking water in circulation, production and processing in the whole Heilongjiang province were detected and analyzed. Results Totally 486 batches of bottled (barrelled) drinking water were supervised and sampled, and the qualified rate was 96.5%. The reject ratio from high to low was bottled drinking water 5.6%, purified water 1.96%, mineral water 1.67%. The nonconforming items were nitrite bromate and nitrate. The reject ratio was 0.62%, 3.9%, 0.83% respectively. Conclusion The anions in drinking water of production and circulation links in Heilongjiang province are generally good, but supervision and monitoring should also be strengthened, especially for bottled drinking water and 2 kinds of ions including bromate and nitrate.
