目的 建立气相色谱-质谱法(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, GC-MS)测定食品接触材料及制品中2,2,4,4-四甲基-1,3-环丁二醇迁移量的分析方法。方法 样品采用食品模拟物4%乙酸和95%乙醇浸泡。水基模拟物(4%乙酸)经过乙腈萃取, 油脂类模拟物(95%乙醇)旋转蒸干, 正己烷定容, 用HP-5 MS(30 m×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm)色谱柱分离后, 用气相色谱-质谱法检测, 外标法定量。结果 本方法检出限0.005 mg/kg; 在0.1~2.0 mg/L范围内线性良好, r2=0.9991; 加标浓度为0.1 mg/kg与0.5 mg/kg时, 回收率在80.7%~93.7%之间, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)在2.82%~6.22%之间。结论 本方法灵敏度高、检测速度快、准确率高, 能用于食品接触材料及制品中2,2,4,4-四甲基-1,3-环丁二醇迁移量的测定。 |

Objective To develop a method for the determination of 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutanediol migration in food contact materials and products by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods The samples were soaked in food simulants of 4% acetic acid and 95% ethanol. The water-based simulant (4% acetic acid) was extracted with acetonitrile, the lipid simulants (95% ethanol)was evaporated to dry by rotation, and the volumewas fixed by n-Hexane. The target compounds were separated by HP-5 MS (30 m×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm) column, detected by GC-MS, and quantitatived by external standard method. Results The limit of detection(LOD) of this method was 0.005 mg/kg. It was showed a good linear relationship between 0.1 mg/L to 2.0 mg/L, r2 was 0.9991. When the spiked content were 0.1 mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg, the recoveries were between 80.7% to 93.7%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were between 2.82% to 6.22%. Conclusion This method showed high sensitivity, fast detection speed and high accuracy, it can be used to detect the migration amount of 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutanediol in food contact materials and products. |
