      目的 建立气相色谱法测定果蔬中百菌清残留的前处理优化方法。方法 样品通过正己烷和丙酮处理, 震荡、离心后提取正己烷层, 40 ℃条件下旋转蒸发浓缩, 再利用C18净化处理, 最后通过气相色谱法进行定量分析。结果 残留百菌清的线性范围为0.1~5.0 μg/mL, r2=0.9992, 检出限为0.01 mg/kg, 回收率为82.1%~90.7%, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)为3.0%~6.3%。结论 该优化方法具有较高的准确度、精密度, 重现性好且成本较低, 可为我国果蔬中百菌清残留量检测提供技术参考。

      Objective To establish an optimal pretreatment method for the determination of chlorothalonil residue in fruits and vegetables by gas chromatography. Methods The samples were treated with n-hexane and acetone, shaken and centrifuged to extract the n-hexane layer, concentrated by rotary evaporation at 40℃, and then purified by C18. Finally, the samples were quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography. Results The linear range of chloroquine was 0.1~5.0 μg/mL, r2 =0.9992, limit of detection was 0.01 mg/kg, the recoveries were 82.1%~90.7%, RSD were 3.0%–6.3%. Conclusion The optimized method has high accuracy, precision, reproducibility, good effect and low cost, and can provide technical reference for the detection of chlorothalonil residue in fruits and vegetables in China.
