目的 分析2019年山东省食品安全总体情况, 寻找食品安全抽检中的主要问题。方法 下载并汇总2019年度山东省市场监督管理局累计发布的47期关于食品安全监督抽检的数据和结果, 并对抽检的食品类别及不合格检验项目进行归类统计分析。结果 在抽检的27429批次食品中检出不合格食品535批次, 整体食品抽检合格率98.05%。抽检发现的主要问题是微生物超标、违规使用食品添加剂、兽药残留超标、理化指标不合格、农药残留超标等问题。不合格率相对较高的前6个食品类别为油炸面制品、餐饮食品、蔬菜、水产品、冷冻饮品、水产制品。结论 2019年度山东省食品安全整体情况良好, 但也存在微生物超标、农兽药残留超标等食品质量安全问题。 |

Objective To analyze the general situation of food safety in Shandong province in 2019, and find the main problems of food safety spot check. Methods The data and results of sampling inspection of 47 notices on sampling inspection of food safety supervision issued by the Shandong provincial administration of market supervision in 2019 were downloaded and summarized, and the categories of food and the unqualified items were classified and analyzed. Results A total of 535 batches of 27429 batches of food were found to be substandard, with a qualified rate of 98.05%. The main problems found in the sampling inspection were the excessive microorganism, the illegal use of food additives, the veterinary drug residue exceeding standard, the physical and chemical indexes unqualified, the pesticide residue exceeding standard and so on. The top 6 food categories with relatively high rejection rate were fried flour products, catering food, vegetables, aquatic products, frozen drinks and aquatic products. Conclusion The overall situation of food safety in Shandong province in 2019 is good, but there are also food quality and safety problems such as exceeding the standards of microorganisms and residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs. |
