      目的 研制蜂蜜中5-羟甲基糠醛(5-Hydroxymethylfurfural, 5-HMF)国家级标准物质。方法 通过对经筛选的原料进行目标浓度候选物的制备, 然后以优化后的液相色谱法和同位素稀释质谱法, 对目标蜂蜜中的5-羟甲基糠醛的含量进行准确测定, 在完成均匀性和稳定性实验的基础上, 进行了不确定度评定。结果 本标准物质系列包括3个浓度水平的标准物质(11.0、27.2和67.3 mg/kg), 扩展不确定度为1.0~4.2 mg/kg。研制的蜂蜜基体标准物质已被批准为国家一级标准物质(GBW10080-10082), 并应用于实际的检测中。结论 该定值方法可用于蜂蜜中5-羟甲基糠醛检测中分析方法的评价、分析过程的质量控制及实验室能力考核。
英文摘要:
      Objective To develop the national reference materials 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural in honey (5-HMF). Methods Through the preparation of the target concentration of the selected raw materials, the content of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in the honey was accurately determined by optimized liquid chromatography and isotope dilution mass spectrometry. After the homogeneity and stability testing, the uncertainty were evaluated. Results This reference material series included 3 concentration levels of reference materials (11.0, 27.2 and 67.3 mg/kg), and the expanded uncertainty was 1.0-4.2 mg/kg. The CRMs had been approved as CRM (GBW10080-10082) and had been applied in the detection of honey. Conclusion This method can be used for the evaluation of analytical method, the quality control of analysis process and the assessment of laboratory ability in the detection of 5-hyd roxymethylfurfural in honey.
