目的 建立气相色谱-电子捕获检测器检测多种水果蔬菜中30种常见农药残留的分析方法。方法 用乙腈作为溶剂, 分别采用无缓冲盐体系、醋酸缓冲盐体系和柠檬酸盐缓冲体系对蔬果中30种农药进行处理, 用PSA进行净化后上机处理。结果 采用不加缓冲盐体系提取, 经PSA净化的方法适用于本文所选30种农药的检测, 30种农药残留的回收率为90%~122%, 相对标准偏差在0.3%~15.3%之间, 检出限在0.010 mg/kg以下。结论 该方法准确、简单、快速、灵敏度高, 可以满足日常农药残留快速筛选的检测要求。 |

Objective To establish a method for determination of 30 common pesticide residues in a variety of fruits and vegetables by gas chromatography electron capture detector. Methods Acetonitrile was used as solvent, and 30 kinds of pesticides in vegetables and fruits were treated by unbuffered salt system, acetic acid buffered salt system and citrate buffered salt system, respectively. PSA was used to purify and then put on the machine Results The method of extraction without buffer salt system and purification by PSA was suitable for the detection of 30 pesticides selected in this paper. The recoveries of 30 pesticides residue were 90%?122%, the relative standard deviation were between 0.3% and 15.3%, the limits of detection were less than 0.010 mg/kg. Conclusion This method is accurate, simple, rapid and sensitive, and can meet the requirements of daily rapid screening of agricultural residues. |
