      目的 建立高效液相串联电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定大米中无机砷的分析方法。方法 样品经0.15 mol/L硝酸溶液提取, 以100 mmol/L (NH4)2CO3为流动相, 使用AS7阴离子交换柱(250 mm×4.0 mm, 10 μm)分离, 进入质谱进行检测。结果 As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)在浓度0~100 ng/mL范围内线性相关性良好, 精密度RSD均小于5%, 检出限分别为0.234、0.271 ng/mL, 加标回收率为89.7%~108.0%, 能力验证和质控样结果较好。结论 此方法适用于大米中无机砷的快速检测。

      Objective To establish a method for determination of inorganic arsenic in rice by high performance liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Methods The sample was extracted with 0.15 mol/L nitric acid solution, and the mobile phase was 100 mmol/L (NH4)2CO3. The separation of samples was performed on an AS7 (250 mm×4.0 mm, 10 μm) anion exchange column and detected by mass. Results As (Ⅲ) and As (Ⅴ) had good linearity in the concentration range of 0?100 ng/mL, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 5%, and the detection limits of inorganic arsenic were 0.234 ng/mL and 0.271 ng/mL. The recoveries were 89.7%?108.0%, and the results of proficiency testing and quality control samples were good. Conclusion This method is suitable for the rapid detection of inorganic arsenic in rice.
