      目的 建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, HPLC-MS/MS)测定食品接触材料中双酚S的迁移量的分析方法。方法 样品经水、4%乙酸、20%乙醇模拟物迁移后, 过滤; 玉米油油基模拟物迁移后, 经甲醇/水(1:1, V/V)液-液萃取, 过滤后, 采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱在多反应监测(multiple reaction monitoring, MRM)模式下检测, 基质匹配标准曲线外标法定量。结果 双酚S在3.0~80 μg/kg范围内呈良好线性关系, 相关系数(r2)大于0.9990; 检出限(3S/N)为0.5 μg/kg; 按标准加入法进行回收实验, 加标回收率在81.2%~103.8%, 相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于5.0%。结论 该方法准确, 灵敏度高, 可为双酚S检测方法制定提供相应的科学依据和技术支撑。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish an effective method for the determination of bisphenol S migration in food contact materials by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). Methods The aquatic food simulants, such as water, 4% acetic acid, 20% ethanol, were migrated and filtered, and oil food stimulants, such as corn oil were extracted with the mixed solution of methanol/water (1:1,V/V), then detected by HPLC-MS/MS in multiple reaction monitoring mode (MRM) after filtering. Results Bisphenol S had good linear relationship within the range of 3.0?80 μg/kg, with correlation coefficients (r2) more than 0.9990. The limits of detection (S/N=3) was 0.5 μg/kg. The recoveries were 81.2%?103.8% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs, n=6) were all less than 5.0%. Conclusion The method is accurate and sensitive, which can provide scientific basis and technical support for the determination of bisphenol S.
