      目的 建立超高效液相色谱荧光(ultra performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection, UPLC-FLD)检测海产品中苯并(a)芘[benzo(a)pyrene, BaP]的方法。方法 乙腈加速溶剂萃取提取冻干海产品中的BaP, 提取液用UPLC-FLD测定, 多环芳烃色谱柱(150 mm×2.1 mm, 3 μm)分离, 乙腈-水(75:25, V:V)为流动相, 流速1 mL/min, 激发波长261 nm, 发射波长450 nm。结果 BaP在0.2~40 μg/kg浓度范围内线性良好, 相关系数r2=0.9998, 回收率98.3%, 相对标准偏差为1.34%, 最低检出限0.06 μg/kg, 实际样品检测良好。结论 该法简便快捷, 溶剂用量少, 灵敏度高, 可用于海产品中BaP的检测。

      Objective To establish a method for the determination of benzo (a) pyrene (BaP) in seafood by ultra performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection (UPLC-FLD). Methods The BaP in freeze-dry samples was extracted by accelerated solvent extraction with acetonitrile. Then the extract was performed on UPLC with a PAHs column (150 mm×2.1 mm, 3 μm), using acetonitrile-water (75:25, V:V) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 mL/min, the excitation wavelength was 261 nm, and the emission wavelength was 450 nm. Results The calibration curve of the BaP was linear in the range of 0.2–40 μg/kg, the correlation coefficient (r2) was 0.9998, the recovery was 98.3%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.34%, and the detection limit was 0.06 μg/kg. The actual samples were well tested. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, less solvent, high sensitive, which is suitable for determining BaP in marine products.
