      食品安全抽检的目的是保障食品安全、公众生命安全, 加强食品抽检工作对提升食品安全非常重要。抽样工作是食品安全抽检的首要环节, 抽样的规范性、科学性、代表性直接影响问题发现率。本文首先以相关食品法律法规为依据, 对抽样机构提出4点工作要求, 分别是抽样制度要求、抽样前准备要求、抽样过程要求、样品交接要求。其次从抽检机构角度, 总结实际工作问题, 给出解决建议, 以期为提升抽样工作质量提供帮助。
英文摘要:
      The purpose of food safety sampling and monitoring is to ensure food safety and public life safety, and strengthening food sampling is very important to improve food safety. Food sampling is the primary link in food safety sampling. The standardization, scientificity, and representativeness of sampling directly affect the problem discovery rate. Based on relevant food laws and regulations, this paper first put forward 4 work requirements for sampling agencies, including sampling system requirements, pre-sampling preparation requirements, sampling process requirements, and sample handover requirements. Secondly, from the point of view of the sampling agency, this article summarized the actual work problems and gave suggestions for solutions, in order to provide help to improve the quality of sampling work.
