      目的 建立QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定玉米油中伏马毒素B1、B2和B3的分析方法。方法 样品经酸化的乙腈水溶液混合振荡提取, 然后进行盐析液体分配, 通过QuEChERS净化柱净化, 以乙腈和水为流动相, C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm, 2.7 μm)进行分离, 多反应监测模式检测, 采用基质匹配标准曲线进行定量分析。结果 3种伏马毒素在0.5~100.0 μg/L线性范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数r2>0.99, 检出限和定量限分别为0.12~0.70 μg/kg 和0.42~2.40 μg/kg。在3个添加水平下, 3种伏马毒素的平均加标回收率为83.2%~108.0%(n=6), 相对标准偏差为1.9%~4.6%。结论 本方法操作简便、检测成本低、定量准确, 适于玉米油样品中伏马毒素的快速检测。

      Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of fumonisins B1, B2 and B3 in corn oils by QuEChERS-ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). Methods The samples were extracted with acidified acetonitrile aqueous solution, and the extracts of samples were purified by QuEChERS method after liquid liquid partition using salts. Fumonisins were separated by UPLC with acetonitrile-water gradient elution in a C18 chromatography column (2.1 mm×100 mm, 2.7 μm), and were identified by multi-reaction detection mode. Matrix matching standard curve was used for quantitative analysis. Results The 3 kinds of fumonisins had good linear relationship in range of 0.5?100.0 μg/L, correlation coefficient r2>0.99, and the limit of detection and limit of quantity were 0.12?0.70 μg/kg and 0.42?2.40 μg/kg, respectively. The average recoveries of fumonisins at 2 spiked levels were 83.2%-108.0% (n=6), and relative standard deviations were 1.9%?4.6%. Conclusion This method is simple, cost-effective and quantitatively accurate, which is suitable for quick analysis of fumonisins in corn oils.
