金银花作为药食同源产品, 不仅在大量中医方剂中使用, 而且饮料食品产业、保健品产业及日用化工产业也广泛使用。受产地、品种、采集时间、加工方法、包装方式、储存时间等的影响, 市售金银花的产品质量参差不齐, 缺乏可靠、能够量化的质量等级分级标准。本研究首先对已有的金银花标准进行了梳理, 后对近几年金银花活性成分的研究进展及等级评定的研究进展进行了总结, 最后结合实验室对21个不同产地金银花样品的检测结果, 给出了金银花质量等级分级建议, 以期为金银花质量等级标准的制定提供参考, 同时对实现市售金银花的优质优价, 推动金银花的产业发展和国际贸易提供帮助。 |

Lonicerae japonicae Flos, as a kind of both medicine and food dual purposes product, is not only used in a large number of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions, but also widely used in beverage foods, health care products and daily chemical industry. Affected by the origin, variety, collection time, processing method, packaging method, storage time, etc., the quality of Lonicerae japonicae Flos products sold in the market is uneven, and by far there is no reliable and quantifiable quality grade standard to be used. In this study, the existing standards of Lonicerae japonicae Flos were reviewed, and the progress of active constituents analysis and grade evaluation in recent years were summarized. Finally, combined with the determination results in our laboratory on 21 Lonicerae japonicae Flos samples from different places, a quality grade standard of Lonicerae japonicae Flos were suggested, in order to provide reference for the establishment of quality grade standards of Lonicerae japonicae Flos, help realize the high quality and good price of Lonicerae japonicae Flos on the market, and promote the development of Lonicerae japonicae Flos industry and international trade. |
