      实验室农药残留检测用标准物质对实验室农产品的农药残留检测工作具有重大的意义。农药残留检测所用标准物质大部分为剧毒化学品, 管理不当有可能会引发公共安全事故, 所以建立健全剧毒化学品管理制度, 加强宣贯培训, 才能有效地指导实验室使用人员规范使用剧毒化学品, 确保农药残留检测用标准物质的规范管理, 保证安全生产和实验室检验检测工作的顺利进行。本文主要阐述了农药残留实验室的标准物质从采购、验收与入库、储存、领用、期间核查、废弃处置等环节的管理要点, 及国家对剧毒化学品管理的相关规定, 以通过标准物质的规范化、法制化、科学化管理, 来保证农药残留标准物质的正确使用、质量控制与溯源, 确保实验室标准物质的安全管理。

      The standard substance used for pesticide residue detection in laboratory is of great significance to the pesticide residue detection of agricultural products in laboratory. Most of the standard substances used for pesticide residue detection are highly toxic chemicals, so improper management may lead to public safety accidents. Therefore, the establishment and improvement of the management system of highly toxic chemicals and the strengthening of publicity and implementation training can effectively guide the laboratory users to standardize the use of highly toxic chemicals, ensure the standardized management of standard substances for pesticide residue detection, and ensure the smooth progress of safe production and laboratory inspection and testing. This article expounded the key points of the management of the standard substances in the pesticide residue laboratory from the aspects of procurement, acceptance and warehousing, storage, receipt, intermediate checks, waste disposal, etc., and national regulations on the management of highly toxic chemicals. Through the standardization, legalization and scientific management of reference materials, we could ensure the correct use, quality control and traceability of pesticide residue reference materials, and ensure the safety management of laboratory reference materials.
